What really stood out was the excellent customer service , Nancie, Azime, and Hiba were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The store was clean and service was quick despite it being busy. Highly recommend stopping by!

The girl with hijab and glasses on was on the front and took her time to explain me everything and I ended up ordering a grilled cheese with some topping and a mango milkshake. They have a really great chicken and leek pie on their winter menu that you should really try we really enjoy and the salads they do in the summer. The chef, Adam, does a very good job. Thank you also to Ashley, Lina, Pavel, Cristina and it is great to have Laura and Lewis look after us.

Westfield stratford city, 124-125 Westfield Ave, The Street, LondonAfter years of traveling to London, I finally tried Shake Shack, much appreciated and praised on social media as one of the best chains (if not the best). Although I did not live up to the highest expectations, I did not mind. The quality of both meat and toppings is pretty good, although there is better in London. Good service, rather kind and above the standard of professionalism of the average fast food and, also good the possibility of being able to take all the sauces you want from the dispensers, also because it allows you to better manage waste. The price is a bit high, not so much for the quality, but for the size of the sandwiches and, therefore, in relation to the quantity. However, it remains a viable alternative.

Montfichet Rd, LondonTo offense to London, but it's difficult to find a good cup of coffee. Several Starbucks I've gone to around the city only offer americanos or lattes or something like that. Perhaps because it's so close to a popular tourist attraction, this Starbucks had a full range of offerings, including good old American drip coffee. Done to perfection, as if I was back in the US drinking it at my local shop. Bravo!

The Gallery, Westfield Avenue Stratford City, Su 2054, 202, LondonI’m one of the regular customers of this café and I truly enjoy the quality of the coffee and the staff’s attitude. Just one note: the place often gets really busy, and considering the number of orders, I think having two baristas would really help reduce the waiting time for customers.
Please pay a bit more attention to time management and service speed. It would greatly improve the overall customer experience.

Some days I prefer to order at Subway’s for a healthier choice when I am looking to eat lunch outside. 303, The Loft The Gallery, LondonWe came for a belated staff Christmas party. We'd booked in advance and we were expected, nicely greeted and shown quickly our table. We had a great waitress called Millie... she really looked after us and kept our drinks fully topped up and happily took pictures, a real credit to TGI... food is very tasty but it's not easy to get a very healthy option. It's a little on the pricy side.... but so are most places these days.
