This is a fantastic cafe, a stand out for Caffe Nero stores. It is always very busy but well controlled. The manager Fabio is always so courteous and offers a friendly, consistent and professional service. He has contributed an incredible amount of his time ensuring exceptional service and training staff on standard control. Kudos to Bea! the service here is a bit odd. the first time i went there was 1 person in the front and soon after another person came. the guy was lovely and recommended me to dry the pistachio latte with the el salvador(?) blend and it was really nice. but it is weird that there isnt a few people working, like some people on tills and some people on drinks because the line is humongous. i went a second time and didnt even bother because the line was going out the door, again with only 2 people...read full review
A highstreet staple, who sell quality coffee and highstreet prices.Great coffeeGreat Iced drinksGood range of sandwiches, snacks and cakes.The team onsite are friendly, speedy and helpful.The place can get busy at lunchtime and tables are usually left a little untidy and dirty with spilled drinks and crockery, is my only complaint.
