Absolutely disgusted by McDonald's in Westfield Stratford today. Packed as usual, but no barrier to keep everyone away from the counter, no ensuring there was a clear path for people to get to and from the counter. I have learnt before that the order board says food is ready but they never have it ready, you have to wait to be called out.I had ordered on the app to avoid queues at the machines. At one point it was more than 7 deep at the counter with no one able to move, young children stuck amongst them. Some orders were passed precariously over the heads of the many waiting people.I waited 45minutes for my order to come up, but it never did but then app recorded it had been picked up. No chance of even talking to a member of staff to resolve. Gave up and complained via the app.This branch needs some serious sorting out and I can only advise to avoid.Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly at tills, dangerous crushing occurs.

It’s McDonalds so you know what to expect from the food, however, make sure to always check you received your full order before walking away, most of the times I’ve ordered from here there was always something missing and if you only find out when you get home then it won’t be sorted out. It’s a busy branch but still this issue should not happen as often as it does.

Burgers and fries what you expect from a Maccies, but both the hot chocolate and coffee were bad even for fast food standards!!The hot chocolate was watery and tasted more like tea- even if it was advertised as tea I'd still probably be disappointedThe coffee was better but still not the best

The fries were cold and soggy, no salt was added to them.I could see over the counter, the person was making about 40 servings of fries in advance and leaving them to cool and it was not busy. Disorganised.

An absolute joke. I even contacted the so called customer services who although I was overcharged REFUSED to give me a refund. Absolutely appaling. The reason that they are able to get away with this nonsense is that people don't check how much they are paying. If you question being over charged DO NOT let tge manager tell you to contact customer services cos they will not do anything. Insist on a full refund there and then I would avoid this place and if I could it would be a 0 star

They gave me the wrong order and then it took 15 minutes and it was still not ready. It was not busy at the time so I had to ask for refund and leave as my break finished. The staff was not helpful either.

Very poor service. The place is so busy and the queuing system is terrible. When my order was eventually called I went over to collect it. She asked if I wanted it in a tray or a bag. I asked for a bag and she immediately shoved the food into the bag and pushed it into my direction. No communication and no thank you offered. Very poor customer service, it's a shame I didn't take down her name. Yes I understand it's a busy branch however if I've had the common courtesy to be polite to you I expect the same in return. I don't expect a bag shoved towards me.

Astroworld typa joint, food took so long (about 40 mins for a chicken burger) that the app closed the receipt and my order number was gone. The lady that was controlling the crowd told me basically too bad. Went to subway next to it and got served in less than 5 mins.

2* due to the fact they were busy, I had mobile order early to beat the rush. The guy who was help dispatching from outside the counter was very difficult. As I knew they would keep my order to the side because it was a mobile order he lied to my face saying it wasn’t called out after pointing it out on the board he decided to double check with coworkers and yes there it was on top.Real shame as this happened before and the other manager was more polite and sincere about it last time.

So you need three queues: one for touch machine, 2nd one for pay in the till and 3rd one to collect food. Food missing from the order. Stupid place to go for food.
