Rude staff , restrooms are always out of service and many errors made . I've tried talking to the staff but they get extremely loud and defensive. Management needs to set up some sort of a staff meeting ASAP and teach the staff members a thing or 2

I struggle to understand what is the difference between dining in and take away? In either case they pack my burger in a paper bag. If I dine in I take the burger out of the bag straight away and the bag is wasted. Also I got far too many napkins for a single burger which again is a waster of paper. Can we please pull together to stop this wastefullness?!
