Fantastic location. Beds to die for !! Staff could not be more attentive or friendly. Great selection of beers and food was really nice. My wife is vegetarian but highly recommended the vege roast. The staff even supplied oat milk for the bedroom fridge. Breakfast too was excellent. Continental breakfast included but full English if you want it. We visited the Richmond theatre which is literally a 5 minute stroll away so fantastic location. A great way to finish our night away after seeing Rick Stein. Thank you all at the Orange tree. We stayed here for 3 nights last week. Our room was lovely and spacious, but we did have to highlight a couple of issues. Breakfast was ok, but if you wanted cooked food, the service was quite slow. Also we hadto ask for cereal bowls every morning. These are minor issues and overall our stay was lovely. Brilliant location just 1 minute from the station. Staff really helpful and friendly.

My second time back to the Orange Tree Hotel in Richmond and I can already say that I am planning a third trip! I have recently stayed there with my Partner and Family and we loved every bit of our stay at this hotel. The rooms were a great size and were very pleasant , the staff in the hotel and bar were amazing and very helpful, they were also very accommodating to one of our family members that is disabled which is a another bonus. The hotels location is also very close to Richmond station ideal for making it a stay for a city break in London, but located just outside the chaos of the central City. Would recommend staying at Orange tree hotel to anyone and cannot wait to return later on in the year. Overall very pleased with my experience at the Orange Tree Hotel.

A great place to stay. Close to Richmond station, room was just lovely, great decor and all we needed. The staff were very kind and helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Thoroughly recommendedWalkability: You can see the hotel from Richmond Station, a 15minute walk to Kew and a hop and a skip from the river, cafes and bars.

Great hotel, good location on the high street, room was lovely and service was fantastic. Room was clean, a good size and well decorated. Mini bar was well stocked, good range of tea and coffee and there were complimentary biscuits too.Rooms are above a pub so we were a little worried about noise - zero issues from the pub although the planes from Heathrow were pretty loud - not much do be done about that though. Also note that there didn't seem to be any lifts and all the rooms are on the first floor and up so not accessibility friendly.

Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds, lovely shower, and mini bar with snacks and drinks. Was perfectly located right next to the station and a small walk from the town centre. Surprisingly quiet night sleep since we were on a busy road on a Friday night but I couldn’t hear anything outside! Service from the front desk and the staff at breakfast was also lovely. Great stylish rooms, perfectly equipped and a vibrant pub downstairs with quality food and beers you expect when travelling to the UK!Wonderful, heartwarming service (Nicole, you are a gem!) and only a stone throw away from the train station.Only downside: Richmond is located in the flight path of Heathrow Airport. So factor in some noise of landing planes...
