The boy in reception was excellent when I arrived and everything was seamless ( same again when I was checking out ). The bar staff were excellent as well, but we sat down in a quiet area for a drink, and were told to move very abruptly and rudely. There was no sign to say it was reserved and not sure how we would know. Quite unnecessary, but did nor ruin my stay as everybody else was fantastic. We had a lovely stay, the room and shower room were clean and well equipped. The location great and the service friendly. Breakfast was excellent and generous. Our only issue was that as friends not partners we had booked a twin and were given a double.
