Ordered a philly style steak sub along with nacho chicken bites the sub arrived stone cold and was almost falling apart and the chicken nachos tasted like washing up liquid i have no idea what goes on in their kitchen but its definitely something dodgy if you are going to eat from here i suggest you eat in as their wraps are nice and hot and more fresh

If your hours say you close at 10:30 PM, you stay open until 10:30 PM. Closing before your hours is unacceptable.

Accepted my order when they didn't have the ingredients in stock. Lied that they tried to ring me and arrived with no sub at all and offered no refund or no solutions. Really rude staff. Absolute joke. Will never order again and I don't reccomend. This isnt the first time they've sent out my order with half the order missing either.
No breakfast today as the night staff didn't defrost it. What a joke.

I was craving the vegan chocolate chip cookies and hence called the store to check if they have any left as it was almost late in the evening. The gentleman named Guri was very nice and polite both over the phone and in person. He was kind enough to save me 3 portions of cookies. Thank you very much Guri. You are a sure asset to Subway!
