The good part is the restaurant is pleasant clean and smart. Unfortunately the pizza was thin beyond belief even for a Rustica which I have had many times before. In fact it resembled cardboard.

Delicious food, good value and nice, cosy atmosphere. Friendly staff too. Highly recommend the caramelised onion garlic bread! Rainbow lasagne was very tasty. Would have been nice to have come with a side salad or other accompaniment, as it looked a bit lost and just needed that little something else. Same with my partner’s meat lasagne. Rosé wine was delicious! Thank you for a lovely evening.

Arrived at 19.30 for booked table. They warned us there was a 30min delay in food however we waited an hour and 20 minutes till we even got some garlic bread. It appears the policy is to prioritise the kitchen to serve the take away market and they had an unexpectedly high number of orders. I have been eating here happily for many years so this is very disappointing.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. There is, however, a problem to be addressed by head office. It took 1hr 20 for the food to turn up, which with young children is not great. From speaking with the manager and the staff, it's clear the issue lies with them taking on too many Deliveroo orders, which they prioritise over their restaurant customers. At one point I counted 6 delivery riders waiting to pick up orders. This is not fair on the restaurant customers - others were making similar complaints - nor the staff, who shouldn't have to deal with frustrated customers through no fault of their own. The restaurant is having to deal with more orders than it has kitchen staff to manage. Head office, take note, as this is not the way to run a restaurant and get satisfied customers or satisfied staff.

The area was clean and very welcoming. The food was good but we waited too long to even receive the starter. What bothered me the most was that the people who came after us received their food before us.I was satisfied with my Vegan food.

One of the worst meals of my life. Disgusting, inedible food. Sea bass - small portions, vegetables cold, fish tasteless and greasy. Belly pork - hard, dried meat. Chicken pizza - not much topping, requito peppers replaced by ordinary chillies. Pepperoni pizza - not "triple covered" with pepperoni, barely enough to count as one portion. Side order of bread expensive, and chips could have come from McDonalds! We complained and got 3 mains taken off the bill, but with overpriced drinks the bill still came to £75, so they probably still made a profit. No apology from the manager, just excuses. The young waiter did say "sorry", (bless him). I expected better from Richmond, and had a much better meal at Zizzi in Winchester. Just avoid this place!

Ordered takeaway last night. What a disappointment. Ordered a large calamari. There were about 5 pieces in the bag. How is that £15? My pizza had a hole in the middle. The garlic bread was one fat dough ball, barely any cheese, may be two drops of balsamic onion, and burnt at the top. The only thing that was good was the pasta. Well done to the pasta chef. Everything else was just so disappointing, I wouldn't order from there again.

I cannot fault the service here at all. Everyone who works here is a delight. We were waited by Daniel and he was absolutely great! A pleasure to have been served by him. I used to waitress and I can say he was brilliant!

I usually at go to the restaurant in central on Wigmore Street however I was in Richmond and thought why not here this time.Very disappointing size of pizza. The Rustica is usually very long but the pizza chef made it really small and burnt some part of the pizza.Staff were excellent and the service was great.Long story short I won’t be going there again.

Well located dinner spot in Richmond which the kids and I have visited many times over the years. Lovely menu and one outstanding member of staff, Roland who consistently looks after us and always makes us feel incredibly welcome. He is so professional and kind it's a real driving force for us returning each and every time. Great place, great staff and delicious food!

The food was alright, but the service was so poor and rude that I genuinely couldn't leave a higher review. Our waiter was quite pushy, and behaved really strangely when collecting the bill. We felt quite uncomfortable at that point. Before we collected the bill, my partner felt the need to use a women's sanitary product, she went to the local store (Literally round the corner) to get one and we waited inside the restaurant. She returned and myself and her father waited outside. SHE WAS THEN CHASED BY THE MANAGER UP THE STAIRS ORDERING HER TO LEAVE. This is not acceptable. She was eventually allowed to use the toilet but left the restaurant in floods of tears as the manager would not believe she had just eaten there. Sorry to the kitchen team who did their job, but I cannot support this kind of conduct.
