Whenever I visit my family in Romford, this is the place i go to.You know when you travel FAR and you don’t want to be disappointed - come to this place.Almost replica of Nandos but nearly half the price.Got a family platter (full chicken) and Mega platter. The chicken itself was amazing, juicy and succulent - best quality I’ve had ever. Chips were great - crispy and fluffy inside. Quality and service has dropped like most other places.Lady said it would be a 10-15 min wait but when I said it had been 20 mins, she said yeah 15-20 min which she knew was a lie.I finally got my food after 30 mins. You can see millions of drivers coming in and getting their deliveries quickly - they are just prioritising online orders now.To top it off, the chicken was very dry. Very disappointing.When I mentioned it had been 30 mins, the lady just ignored me, offered no apology.
