We had another great Wagamama lunch here in Westfield. As always food is delicious ? with great service despite it being very busy. Every place we visit we always try to have a nice lunch at a Wagamama and they never disappoint.
The food was ok, but the service and the atmosphere was not to my liking. It could just be that I'm not used to it given that I'm a tourist from a smaller town. However, the workers were not good at masking their feeling (making us feel like we were a burden), and the music was way too loud. Personally, I don't think the food is worth coming back for. A part of what makes a great restaurant is the atmosphere, thats why my favorite restaurant doesn't have the most fabulous dishes...read full review

The chicken ramen was the blandest I’ve ever had. The noodles were overcooked, chewy, and slimy. The staff was super friendly and took the dish back no problem, but the replacement was just as bad. Third time around they suggested swapping the noodles for a different kind, but they were still not great. I’ve never been in Wagamama before, so maybe the rest of the food is great, but definitely don’t get the ramen.
