The staff are usually nice enough, what you'd expect really.I do feel with this place, compared to other kfcs, that we are always dying of thirst from the absolute grease from the chicken here. I'm almost sure it's done different here (yes it's our local KFC we did use alot)Without bashing that more, they ALWAYS seem to get our order wrong. Absolutely horrendous customer service -will never be ordering again. Impolite, unapologetic and overall rude..I ordered KFC delivery through the KFC app, but I did not receive my order. I tried contacting the KFC deliveroo customer service, but that did not help at all. The call center insisted that the rider had tried to contact me and left the food at my door. I did not receive any phone call and did not receive any food. Extremely bad service. Was waiting for delivery 1hr...read full review

They couldn’t get a two person order right first time, very strange, more staff training needed, but the food is the same old chicken you expect. Gravy was the thin type, not the thick good stuff.
