Didn’t get my order right, when I brought this issue up at the counter, I had the burger taken from me and a replacement given after being interrogated on what was wrong with it. No apology or smile at all. Fries had no flavour either, generally just really incompetent and need some teaching on common sense.

This restaurant always has a great vibe . It's one O would recommend . Lots of seats for everyone. Staff friendly and fast. It's busy most of the times. Food is served fast .

"King" breakfast looks nothing like the advertised picture. Both the burger and the hash browns were the perfect example of false advertising!
It’s really terrible. It sometimes cannot be ordered online and the sale assistance is not willing to help. We can only queue to order. No offer can be used after 9 pm, really ridiculous. Never be so unsatisfied with Burger King.Why is the service here so much worse than Burger King elsewhere? The waiters here are never happy and make customers feel bad. To make matters worse, the food always arrives cold. Can you get a new batch of waiters?

I always order from this store on uber eats, always something is happening, I had precisely left them a note asking not to add forget anything and they still left to add what I had paid for, Im starting to believe that if you leave a note asking them something they will purposely not do it. Please manager check what is happening, everybody can be happy, and how hard can it be to make a sandwich?

Saw how a kitchen staff picked something up from a floor and went straight back to making the burger I was waiting for without washing hands.To the team's credit, a refund was issued promptly, but everyone seemed genuinely surprised why I saw a problem with a cook touching the floor while cooking. Never seen anything like that.
