Confusing experience here. Yesterday I got a plate and fork. Today I was told there are no plates and eating a croissant from a bag is not ideal. Also unable to print receipts. Very strange experience. Surely Paul can provide plates and forks everyday? The croissant was nice though.
I ordered a cappuccino and quiche Lorraine and specified to 'eat in' and was given the quiche in a bag. I said - "I want to eat it here can I have a plate?" and was told "We don't have plates". I also had to ask for a fork and got the impression this was an unusual request. When I got the quiche out of the bag and tried to use it as a makeshift plate, I realized it was cold (I hadn't been asked if I wanted it heated but assumed it was warm), so had to put it back in the bag and...read full review

Visited on 2nd November for breakfast, whilst the baguettes and pastries were of high quality the service from the server was not, very curt in her approach to customers and seemed not wanting to be there, the other server had far better customer service
