Absolutely disgusted with this place, been coming here for years and this place has gone downhill, there’s more delivery drivers than actual customers , shouting in Punjabi and food is nowhere near ready, owner needs to come in and sort this out and organise a waiting area for delivery drivers. Don’t feel comfortable here anywhere Greenford is much better

Compared to other Pepe’s , their taste is much better especially sauces except last time it was salty and artificial.But they have very few staff with limited cooking facilities. Over crowded including delivery guys and waiting time is too bad.Especially they never have someone to answer the ringing phone ( it would have helped us order over the phone and pick up later without waiting there) as owners want to cut down the man power to boost their net income.They should have a proper competition to improve the service and food quality more.

Absolute dump. Staff are friendly but every single one of them working in didhusting uniforms. They make the wraps and pittas with their bare hands and didn't see them wash once while I waited 35 minutes for 2 wraps after being told 15 minutes and they weren't even that busy m. One guy wiping his sweat whilst working without washing hands. Kind of hygiene standards you see in Indian street food videos. Waiting time was ridiculous and don't get me started on the state of the toilet. Place was literally flooded with faeces and urine all over the place. I know it's Southall but you don't need to live up the Southall standards. Get your staff to wash their uniforms, wear gloves and aprons and take pride in their appearance and hygiene. No wonder this place has good 3 stars. Il review again when I wake up in A&E tomorrow with food poisoning. Disgusting.

Takes forever to get an order made and then it's burnt and the sauces are either not given despite paying for them or the wrong ones, very slow service, hopefully things will get better, but for now, avoid this place.

This was the food I received on Christmas I ordered at 8 pm. They told me to come in half an hour. I went in 50 minutes given them more time and they still made me wait 20 minutes

Food is good compared as compared to chicken cottage, KFC etc. But the service is terrible. Be Prepared to wait for about 30 minutes easily for an order.

The fat lady with glasses is very rude and has no customer Service. I think staff need proper training on customer

Really really WORST and IRRESPONSIBLE staff I Ordered my all food Vegetarianwhich is spice rice ,veggie burger and regular fries nearly 1:10 am and they send me wrong order with full of NON- VEG stuff I really died of hunger but they deliver me wrong food I called them to tackle that problem as i didn’t eat non veg but they didn’t do any efforts to give right food to the customer on right time on the Uber they have my address everything but they sending me non veg which is totally disrespectful I received 20 pound food of some another customer no doubt my food charges less then 20 pound but what about the another who spent money to rid his hunger as well. Now it’s 2:04 am but still no response no efforts very very bad.

Usually I like Pepes and have eaten from their many outlets however I must say the Southall branch is the worst. Never witnessed such a rude behaviour and attitude by the staff. I witnessed an incident where staff was extremely rude to customer. Having said that the shop looked very dirty. In short this branch deserved to be labelled as worst Pepes branch ?

Felling really sick. Rotten lettuce, really awful. Should be baned by health and safety. They charge you alot and give you rubbish. Also they dont give proper receipt, they do tax evation as well.

There peri peri grilled wings lemon and herbs are really nice but the size of the wings are small could do with a bigger portion for the price.
