Compared to other Pepe’s , their taste is much better especially sauces except last time it was salty and artificial.But they have very few staff with limited cooking facilities. Over crowded including delivery guys and waiting time is too bad.Especially they never have someone to answer the ringing phone ( it would have helped us order over the phone and pick up later without waiting there) as owners want to cut down the man power to boost their net income.They should have...read full review

Food is generally great for the price. They almost never pick up the phone particularly when it is late so that can be frustrating. There have been occasions where it seems they have rushed making the meal as it was late and it turned out to be bland but other occasions where the food has been great, so there would be some benefit in consistency.

Following the new management of Pepe’s, the chicken has greatly improved, the chicken is extremely flavourful, hot and fresh with excellent customer service! Not to mention how fast the food came out once I placed quite a large order. I’d happily recommend this to others as the best grilled chicken in Southall.
