It was a small cafe but cute, just don't go during rush hour. We bought Caramel frappe and match latte and this big gold coin, it was cute. There is also a seat outside the store but it was too cold to sit and chillax out there.

The stuff were rude, I was told to pack my stuff prior to closure which is rude to say to a customer. There was no need to say it repeatedly since I know it closes at 7:30 pm. Especially the girls were rude with a stinky attitude. Tables were sticky.

On Sunday, the 5th of November, between 16:40 and 17:55, the conduct of the staff at Starbucks St. John's Wood was highly unprofessional and utterly disappointing. The four Baristas stationed behind the counter exhibited an unacceptable level of noise and loudness. Their behavior included screaming and engaging in flirtatious interactions with a customer, to the extent that one of them even had the audacity to exchange contact information with the customer. This behavior completely disregarded their professional roles as the face of customer service for Starbucks.Not only did their conduct cross the boundaries of acceptable behavior, but it also caused significant distress to seated customers, who were subjected to their disruptive and loud screams. I personally addressed this issue with the staff, and I am bringing it to the attention of the management for thorough review. It is essential for the management to be fully aware of these occurrences, as they reflect poorly on the Starbucks brand and the overall reputation of the establishment in the community.It is deeply regrettable to observe such low-class behavior from the staff at Starbucks St. John's Wood, and it is my hope that management takes appropriate action to rectify this situation promptly.

Ordered a Java chip frappe . It was pathetic . I watched the barista make it. He himself looked fed up and often forgets the order. It was a man . This is the second time he gave a terrible coffee !!

Great for a quick bite after visiting the British Museum, there's some seating downstairs with a long queue for the toilet - luckily there are two separate toilet cubicles and it was surprisingly clean.
Visited this Starbucks today as soon as it had opened. Ordered a flat white to have in but was only offered a paper cup. Asked to use the customer toilets and was told they were locked. I asked if they could open them for my daughter and after some huffing and mumbling a reluctant staff member unlocked them. The toilets were filthy dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. There was toilet paper and discarded loo roll tubes all over the floor plus water and puddles. The hand sink was dirty and there was no soap.

I would give service a 10 star rating if I could. I appreciate all the staff working behind the counter and always serve me with a smile and super helpful. This is my favourite Starbucks mainly because its always clean and has a good atmosphere. Recently became a mum and whenever I need to change my baby there is clean changing facility. I feel welcome and never a burden which some coffee shops make you feel like. The manager knows my name so do the staff which brings a smile to my face its the little things that stand out with me. Thank you all of you for being so professional, kind, considerate and always having a smile!Kid-friendliness: My 3 oldest love this Starbucks after school and its easy to visit again staff always friendly.

Horrible customer service. While waiting to place my order, the staff were just talking to each other. When they were done, the lady at the till decided to take someone else's order who arrived after me. She then had the audacity to tell me the line was on the other side only AFTER taking the other person's order, and I had to wait for 3 extra people before I was able to order as I had to wait at the back of the line. Frapuccino was okay but nothing special.
