Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of being served by Kim at Starbucks. Her great attitude, patience, and excellent customer service made my visit a delightful one! Looking forward to seeing her again.

I would give service a 10 star rating if I could. I appreciate all the staff working behind the counter and always serve me with a smile and super helpful. This is my favourite Starbucks mainly because its always clean and has a good atmosphere. Recently became a mum and whenever I need to change my baby there is clean changing facility. Not too busy on the day I visited but limited seating. Wonderful views of St Johns wood high street. Tastefully decorated and great soft window seats where you can watch the world go by. However no starbucks can make a decent cappuccino, this one is no exception. Frothy milk with an expresso shot. Still quite reasonably priced for London coffee shops and some nice sweat treats. Would visit again.
