A lot of minor annoyances with my breakfast. 1 App not working for days now, I am assuming linked to this restaurant as it wouldn't be down that long nationwide. So time wasted trying to get it to work, restarting my phone etc. 2 pay at machine inside instead, and contactless doesn't work so have to key in my pin. No problem except I hate doing that in cold/flu season and covid etc 3 front door stuck open for weeks which creates a noisy cold and unpleasant atmosphere. Staff friendly...read full review
Service is always super slow. The food is fine. They seems to spend so much time worrying about the delivery drivers that they don’t focus on the customers in store. We’re out of a few things too.
