The staff are generally attentive and helpful, with one employee, Runa, known for remembering regular customers' names and orders. The café can get quite busy, but customers typically don't have issues with ordering or receiving their orders in a timely manner. However, one reviewer had an unusual experience where the service was poor, and their order was incorrect. Fortunately, another staff member, Shaoib, was able to intervene and provide excellent customer service, salvaging the experience.
