This is the second time eating at Franco Manca within a month and the service is always great and their pizzas are fantastic value and the best on the high street! I’d highly recommend if you are after a truly authentic Italian pizza! Plus their flour is from regenerative agriculture and supplied by Wildfarmed! So ticks all boxes for me!

This is the 3rd time I have been to the Kingston branch od Franko Manka and on each occasion I have found their pizzas distinctly underwhelming. On two of these occasions, I have mentioned the issue to the staff but clearly the message hasn't got through. The Kingston pizzas are simply undercooked and rubbery, commonly known as a soggy bottom. I have been to other branches of FM in Brixton, Northcote Rd and Brighton and never had a problem. And it's an problem I have never experienced with any Pizza Express, to which I shall now be returning. This is clearly an issue of quality control and the management needs to get on top of this because Kingston is distinctly lacking in decent fast food outlets.

Excellent food I'm an X 40 year chef in classic French cooking it bought all the memories back of a life time of learning thanks to All the staff such a good experience and good food will save up to come back.

Pizza's are OK, however don't rely on the loyalty app as it doesn't work. Been twice recently and both time have had no loyalty credit. Emailed head office and they asked me to send a copy of the receipt and they would credit. I sent receipt but that's the last I heard. Why bother having a loyalty app if it doesn't work?
