Would give half a star if I could , I visited Fuel and the blonde girl with glasses was appalling , she was talking to 3 or 4 boys who I found highly intimidating as they were just staring at me my palms were a bit sweaty because I was scared , she is very bad with bad serviceNever visiting again

I had a strawberry dream smoothie. The food standards are questionable.An Asian gentleman served me at 1835 hrs. I saw him drop a dollop of ice cream on the table counter next to the ice cream tub.He then picked it up with his gloveless hands he tossed it in the mixer, and served it to me.Someone ought to educate this man.He should be more careful.I’m mean I would have thought that one would discard the fallen ice cream.Seriously disappointing and disgusting food hygiene standards.Vegetarian options: Food safety standards are shocking.

Friendly staff but the drink was half watered down with ice and not very flavoursome for my taste. Could use a re-vamp and less ice in the drink and more fruit juice.

I came in the morning and asked for a hulk drink and I was very disappointed. The blonde girl with glasses had horrible customer service and I could tell she didn’t make the drink properly. I can tell as when I came in on other occasions and got the drink it tasted different (the way is should). Ps … this isn’t the first time!!

Having been to the Carluccios in Richmond recently, the Bentall’s branch in Kingston felt like the poor cousin. The portion sizes of food were smaller and the staff serving were not attentive and kept trying to push add ins like a salad or bread. We were not enthralled and having been going there for years and years, it sadly is not how it used to be. The penne Giardinea, their signature dish, you have to find the courgette balls! Tiny and sparse. This used to be such an incredible dish.

The restaurant was very busy but the waiter said rather vaguely that he had a table available and turned away, we assumed, to show us to the table. We followed, only for him to begin serving customers at another table, leaving us standing in the middle of the restaurant. then, another waiter rudely told us to wait so we explained that his colleague was showing us to a table and we gestured to an empty table. He then rather brusquely told us in a loud voice that they were for bookings and that we had to wait by the door. At that point I told him no, we would be eating elsewhere and promptly left. We are long-standing Carlucci's customers and usually enjoy the experience. We were due to have a lunch and also buy two panettones for Christmas but now we won't be going to Carluccio's ever again. Appallingly bad service.
