Great atmosphere, great food & friendly staff. Our go-to pub now the Canbury Arms has deteriorated.

What a great little find. Visited for Mother’s Day lunch. A complimentary glass of fizz on our arrival, nice little touch and the roast was amazing. Staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making my day so special…

Love the Wych so much - first time in my life I've ever felt we have a proper "local" where I want to keep going back again and again. Tasty food, wide range of drinks and super friendly atmosphere. Plus lots of extras like pub quizzes, sport-watching and even Christmas carols with a brass band. Highly

Service was average at best, staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The staff also made us feel very unwelcome, our dog did one bark and the bar staff came over to tell us we would have to leave if he barks again.

Visiting the UK and we came across this pub one cold and blowy evening. What a find. We happened to attend on a Sunday which was roast night and wow we were not disappointed. Huge servings of true style roasts and the bonus of the most enormous Yorkshire puddings. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door and given a prime table by the fire, which was lovely as we didn’t have a booking. Service and advice from the bar was perfect for us visiting Aussies. It was so good, we went back last night after our two weeks of traveling Europe for another go, which was perfect in every way. Locals do yourself a favour and head here, it’s wonderful.
