Made a pitstop here to refuel after much walking around Kingston. This place was the most appealing from a few options.The Burrito was packed and wrapped and went down we'll.The place needed more staff to help with tidiness.

Came tonight for a takeaway dinner after dinner. Haven't been here in a long time but all was well as Natalie (I'm so sorry if this is not your name!) helped us out and recommended some great combos. Signed up for the loyalty service too. Thank you for being patient with us!
The server was nice but really didn’t do a good job of the burrito - he barely heated it so it was quite cold - which made it very difficult to eat as the bread was far too chewy and required a lot of pulling to eat, dragging out half the filling with it.Also managed to find a massive bay leaf in my burrito for some reason? Not sure how or why that ended up in there but certainly wasn’t pleasant.Was really disappointed as usually tortilla does great burritos and I never tend to have issues. Seems this branch just isn’t as good as the rest ?♂️

first of all the customer service was awful. They just added a bunch of tomatoes to my meal and I didn’t ask for it then they just threw the tortilla chips to the till and they didn’t even smile or be friendly and approachable. They were also being rude as soon as a disabled customer left the shop floor as he couldn’t

It is alright I suppose, but if you are expecting authentic mexican food look somewhere else. The atmosphere is as in any fast food chain and the service was just above the basic.My advice is: Go to KFC or Nando'

1st time visit. Had the tacos and Mrs S had quesadillas. Both very good with plenty of fillings. All cooked fresh. We topped it off with churros which were outstanding!Will be back for
