I went here recently and asked for pizza and a vegan sausage roll, the woman serving asked if I wanted a pepperoni/ margarita pizza I chose margarita, because I am a Muslim women and wear a head scarf as a symbol of my faith, and I don’t eat pork because of my religious belief, the reason I’m mentioning this is because she gave me the pork sausage roll rather then the vegan one! I don’t believe this was a honest mistake thankfully I realised but my son had already taken a bite! She apologised and changed it to the vegan one but when she saw me approaching the counter she wondered off in the back which made me think this was on purpose and you knew exactly why I was standing there waiting for you. If you don’t like your job quit, otherwise be intentionally nice to people and don’t give a Muslim women and kids pork when you know Muslims don’t eat pork.

I come at this Gregg's every time I come to Twickenham and I have to say..I only come cause the boy/man is so so polite which you don't find anymore..he is just amazing...he greets everyone and he speaks so polite to everyone..his is just super ...always with a smile on his face...so take good care of him ..it's good to have workers like that... Currently enjoying a lovely hot festive bake and a sausage roll in this store. Whilst I have been sitting here i’ve been so impressed with the young man behind the counter who has greeted every customer who come through the door with a smile and friendly chatter. Such a rarity to see customer service like this nowadays! Management take note- this gentleman is a gem. The lady who served me was also very friendly indeed. The floor of the seating area needed a good clean hence the 2* for atmosphere.

The girl behind the tills is so rude, clearly doesn’t want to be there and definitely shouldn’t be working FOH anywhere with an attitude like that. Makes me second guess going in whenever I see her working. There is however a nice man who always greets everyone with a smile. Ordering something from the hot food section means you get something actually warm maybe 1/5 of the time and they never tell you before you order that it is in fact stone cold.
