Currently enjoying a lovely hot festive bake and a sausage roll in this store. Whilst I have been sitting here i’ve been so impressed with the young man behind the counter who has greeted every customer who come through the door with a smile and friendly chatter. Honestly was blown away with the service. Me and the children got served by a lovely lady today whilst picking up some Gregg's bags, So helpful and friendly. Really made me and the kids day. Thanks so much for your lovely service and great food ☺️

I come at this Gregg's every time I come to Twickenham and I have to say..I only come cause the boy/man is so so polite which you don't find anymore..he is just amazing...he greets everyone and he speaks so polite to everyone..his is just super ...always with a smile on his face...so take good care of him ..it's good to have workers like that...
