“First time here. Lovely venue, great service from both people we met.

Sunday roasts were top notch, highly recommended. Good price too.

Only quibble is that the vegan Wellington offering was significantly smaller than the chicken (see photos). I guess that probably reflects food prices. But would've preferred to pay a £ or two more and been full up!

Still, otherwise great, so five stars.”

“I’ve been here many times since first coming across it, almost always to have food and it has never disappointed!! The food is so good, the staff are lovely and the prices are more than reasonable. As someone who is rarely impressed by food when eating out, I’m still suprised that everything I or my friends have ordered here has been delicious, from kebabs, to burgers to fajitas. Come hungry, the portions are huge!”

“Great spot to enjoy some pints in the sun before the rugby match! Close to train as well so convenient meeting spot for a large group going to Twickenham. Reasonable prices too!”

We had Lunch there and it was Good, we all enjoyed our choices. Roast Belly Pork and Roast Beef, The Small Plate of the Veggie option which included Cauliflower Cheese, all came with a Yorkshire, Roast Potatoes and nice selection of Veg.
Would I go their again . . . Yes.

“Ordered a chicken salad. When it came to the table the dish consisted of mainly stressed lettuce with a chicken burger fried far too long so it was too crispy to eat. For £13.95 not good value for money. I also had to ask for the dressing because it was so dry. My friend ordered the macaroni cheese. That came in a tiny oval bowl with a tiny bit of salad at the side. Again not good value for money.”

“Lovely pub with some incredibly friendly staff. Good pub quiz although in the past audio has been an issue so I’d suggest sitting as close to the front of the pub as possible. Very good burgers as well, all round great pub with a nice outdoor area.”
