Me and my partner shop here all the time but the security guard always follows us around (we are both black). We’re both mature adults, my partner wears a suit and I’m wearing smart casual clothes as we do our food shopping after work. It’s weird and uncomfortable being repeatedly racially profiled.

good quality and selection but expensive , some of thir own brands have decined in quality like their own brand Indian non diet tonic water that now contains nasty artificial sweeteners , Marks and Spencer are better overall and sometimes cheaperr as well

I’m soo disappointed of this store. 2x times I placed orders over £60 and il looks like they only send you 2bags and they confirm the items as delivered to you. It’s soo ridiculous… I’m tested positive to covid, I need to stay indoors plus my health it’s not great to keep chasing the store or Uber for something I already paid.There is a lady over there Stacy, God save me, she just rushed me to go on Uber app and ask for refund.It’s soo disappointing and frustrating.

Vegetable selection is poor, no broccoli, cauliflower etc. More items in the bakery than there is fresh vegetables. Disappointing with selection of probiotics also. Probably shop elsewhere

There is parking round the back which is free if you redeem your ticket in store
Part of my order on Uber was 4 bottles of water . Never got one . Would have ordered somewhere else if I had known .Will not order again

Great shop, but they allow anti knife charity people out front. No problem with charity but I don't want to be asked if I care about knife crime EVERY SINGLE shopping trip.And they're damn persistent so you have to be very rude to escape.

I would kindly suggest to the manager of this branch to take themselves out of Uber deliveries .They are treating it as a joke.Twice I put an order and was sent barely any or different items, not sure how they are scanned in!Not sure who does the shopping for people ordering, but they dont know the store at all.everything I tried ordering, was in stock! I put a big order and only few bits delivered, an hour later my husband went to pick up the staff and everything in stock and then some more!An absolute joke
