I met one of your employees Richard, tonight as I was waiting at the bus stop for the 281 bus. He was the most polite, considerate young man I have met in a very long time. He saw I was cold and offered me his coat, he walked me home and was completely charming - if he is anything like this at work you have a real asset and need to appreciate this young man.
Always do the corporate area at the Shack, a great place before and after the rugby, staff are great, always get well looked after and Ruairi (apparently Elvis Costello's brother) is amazing at getting the atmosphere going with crowd pleasers to top off the night
