Anna at PizzaExpress was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after throughout the entire visit. Her service was friendly, attentive, and professional without ever feeling rushed. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and goes the extra mile to make customers feel valued. Anna is a real credit to PizzaExpress — we’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by her again!

Caffè Nero

The staff, especially the Spanish barista man, are all so friendly and efficient. The coffee and food are good and the cafe is comfortable. I only reduce it by one star because I found the WiFi particularly at the back was not always so good.

Nice friendly coffee shop whilst waiting for hospital appointments. The manager, Chris and a lady who’s been there 10 years , make nice coffee and are very friendly. The rest of the staff can’t make coffee

The customer service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The baked goods are amazing and super delicious

Although there is no halal food, they offer good alternatives like seafood salads, falafel, and tuna options.

Prices are very reasonable for the quality and service.

Definitely worth visiting again!

Lovely choice as usual from Subway. Ola our server at the Chelsea \\u0026 Westminster store near the hospital was exceptional, friendly and helpful, all whilst training another member of staff! Well done Ola ?
