After many visits the food was consistently excellent and the service similarly excellent and very friendly. Surprisingly reasonable prices. Best cafe/restaurant around. Enjoyed the attractive decor and beautiful view looking outside. What a really lovely place to eat!
I'm very conservative when giving 5 stars, but here at "Bread and Marmalade" I whole heartedly give them 5 stars. We were staying around the corner for the weekend and came 4 times for breakfast. It was an absolute pleasure - the food was excellent, the service absolutely charming and sitting outside so relaxing. Anybody who would like a real English breakfast should drop by here!

The lunchtime deal is brilliant, we had the beef stew and the orange and apple upside down cake plus a couple of peronis cos it’s Saturday. Great value great service. Love this place lovely - position on the green too. We worth a visit…thanks guys!! ?
