Standard of fish and chips was excellent tonight. We used to get our fish and chips from the good catch in Altrincham but that has disappointed last 3 times we have been. Although this was a little more expensive the difference in quality of the food was very noticeable. Would definitely recommend.

Piping hot ocean cruiser and chips on a soaking wet November afternoon, Can’t beat it.
Firstly, I asked for a simple order of a fish and chips and came out with a meat and potato pie. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt just in case they had a busy day, which I highly doubt because it looked bone dry. Secondly the curly haired fella was being unnecessarily rude displaying no signs of formality. Thirdly the food was not the best tasting even tho I am a meat and potato connoisseur. Definitely do not recommend this place, 1 star review!

Always a fantastic place to get fish & chips whilst in Altrincham. One of the few original fish & chip shops in the area always serving freshly cooked fish along with a wide variety of pies, chicken nuggets and accompaniments.
