Beautiful Easter Egg hunt in the rain. The family thought of everything, even a tent to stay out of the rain. The animals were seemingly healthy and happy and you can feed them for 50p bags. Ice cream, cafe and gift shop.

It was a rainy cold day and 3rd day of opening . The banners that you look through were broken and my grandson fell through it . Dirty broken eggs for you to collect. Teepee had a bolt in floor to fall over. The cheap toy was a disappointment. Worn out and not enough viewing area to see animals .

Met a friend and had a lovely few hours snacking and nattering. The staff were very hospitable and the gift shop had some great stuff. Thank you!!

Really good place during Halloween time. You can pick up your own pumpkins for small prices. Perfect for kids. You can eat some ice cream with spooky flavors. Homemade pizzas are also available and it’s perfect for a small break.Kid-friendliness: It’s perfect for an afternoon with kids

Very lovely place to visit, but was looking forward to the Santa's grotto and it was disappointing, definitely wasn't worth £15

Recently attended the Santa Grotto and was disappointed. First, our family goes to the pumpkin patch and sunflower trail every year, which we will point out, are really family oriented and value for money. Unfortunately cannot say the same for the grotto and will not be going back or recommending to friends or family. The grotto was £15 a child, very steep, but we thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt. It was to be a private visit with Santa. This was our experience but thought helpful to others to document it here—The elves made little effort to create an atmosphere for my child and stood in front by the grotto as if they were waiting for their shift to end. When it was my child’s turn, she expressed she was scared. Santa just sat there doing nothing, the elves the same. No one endeavoured to put my child at ease. My child wrote a letter to Santa which I handed over to him. The appropriate thing to do would have been to build rapport by reading it out loud. He didn’t. And it became clear he didn’t read it at all. He handed my daughter a gift and that was the end. The whole experience lasted about 3 minutes…all for £15!On the way out we were handed a voucher for “free sprinkles” on an ice cream, so another avenue for them to take more money. They did provide some food to feed the goats. That was the only nice gesture. The gift from Santa was a cheap jewellery set. This was surprising considering it was a £15 event. The whole thing just felt like a way to bring families in to make money. We were quite shocked in light of the pumpkin patch and sunflower trail which has a completely different atmosphere. If this event had been a few pounds it would have been excusable, but £15?

Went to ice cream farm today with my 2 children, absolutely lovely atmosphere. Went pumpkin picking and the ice cream is out of this world. Que for ice cream Went down very quickly. Whilst I was in the que I noticed charlie making the pizzas he was very quick and afficent to get the orders made and out to the customers. There was a young man behind the counter serving the ice cream he was very polite and patient with customers even during the rush. A very polite and well mannered young man was on the checkout he seemed to be really enjoying his time taking payment and wished us a good day and to enjoy our ice cream. Definitely recommend going here. Very muddy at the minute so definitely take your wellys.

We went pumpkin picking with the children, they have all different varieties. We come here every year. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. You don't have to pay to park unlike some places. This year there was sweetcorn being grown which you could buy, it was delicious. The ice cream is amazing and the gift shop is a little gem.
