Absolutely useless! No one manning drive thru but no sign to say that so waited and waited and eventually had to go in anyway! Ordered 2 fries, snack box, 6 hot wings and a 2 piece meal. Got the snack box, 5 lots of fries and no hot wings!Also asked about ordering the dipped bites as they weren’t on the order screen and got told them can cook them but are not on the order screen as they have no cutlery to eat them with?! Rubbish!

I have avoided this kfc due to the unsanitary practice but it's changed so much so I gave them another chance and it didn't disappoint standards has risen over the years and the food is excellent again

Popped in late afternoon. More people came in to use the toilet than were customers. Toilets needed attention. I got chicken & chips. Chips were cold & chicken was meagre & burned. Person that served me was pleasant. Colonel Sanders would be spinning in his grave if he tasted the meal I was served. I won't be going there again!

The floor was filthy with paper and chicken bones. Couldn't find a clean table even though there was only 4 customers dining in. Asked the girl for a cloth so I could wipe a table, she came and did it. The toilets could do with a steam clean as they really pong. On the plus side the food was freshly cooked and delicious.

Quite possibly the worst KFC I have been too.If I could rate the cleanliness level out of 5 it would be a 1. Every corner of the establishment was greasy and dirty, loads of marks on the tables and chairs. Generally just a disgusting place.The service was very abrupt and I think the staff were knocking orders of the screen prematurely to make it look like they were doing a better job. This lead to many people standing round fpr orders and orders not being fulfilled properly.Wheelchair accessibility: The main door to the establishment that is intended for wheelchair accessibility was not working (bitton operated automatic door), and when and elderly couple stood there for 2 minutes none of the staff came to help.

The majority of order was missing from the party share bucket. The chicken we did get was dry and bland. Tried to ring but didn't answer. Complete waste of money. Won't be using this KFC branch again and will drive further to Cholton as far better all around.
