Ordered starters missed 1 off then food came ordered a chicken tikka on hot plate which was cold I could pick it up .Then 1 meal missing so waited again .Onions on the hot plate was not cooked and not a lot of chicken .It's put me off going again as it cost 168 pounds for 6 adults.We had water and 4 cokes no alcohol.

Normally love it here and service tends to be great however we went tonight and it was not. When asking for starters one meal did not come out whilst ordering we had to ask for a jug of water 3 times and we still didn’t get one, after asking again it took 5 minutes to get to the table , when ordering mains once again not all the food came out and we had to tell them that food was missing. The food tasted off and not to the usual standard, we came to the resturant with a child and was in shock when inappropriate videos were playing on the TV we had to ask the staff to turn the video off as the child was slightly upset. Also when our mains came out we mentioned that the food was not sizzling as stated the waitress then touched the plate and went yes it’s cold, we also mentioned that the food usually came with vegetables the waitress said ask for it next time and if you don’t like it leave a review.

Food was nice, customer service was terrible, paid for our meal at the table, then another member of staff came running after us as we was leaving and asked us if we had paid, embarrassing us in front of people.Not organized or professional.

Interesting place this. The main course was so much food for me and the misses however I must say that the starters were abit disappointing.The servers were top notch! There were loads of them!!The one improvement I would make is the servers to tend to linger a little waiting for you to finish your food.Oh yes and make sure you try the garlic and kemaa nann
The manager (owner maybe) reminds me of Donald Trump, he is that divorced from reality.We order food at 6 for collection at 8, we get there at 8 and let the staff know we had arrived and get told to take a seat and it would get bagged up and sorted. Cue a 50 minute wait for our food. When we eventually stopped letting them fob us off with 'its just being bagged up' after 30 minutes and actually found out that they had only just started to prep it, we were obviously not happy. Complained to the manager/owner who went ballistic at us, blaming us for his incompetence. In his own words, we should be grateful it was only 50 minutes late and not 2 hours ???. The most surreal experience I've had in along time.
