Best chippy by far! I always opt for Fish and Chips and it never lets me down. More often than not, there is a queue out of the door, especially on a Friday tea. Go support this family business treasure!
Quality fish and chips. Fish cooked to order, remember to place your fish order as you arrive, which will ensure it is ready when you get to the front of the queue. I have had both cod and haddock, both quality. Worth a drive to pick them up. Just as good again this time at lunchtime.

Best English chippy in Ashton. Fish is perfect and you can ask for it to be lightly battered. Chips are good. Andy is a delight to chat to whilst being served. The staff are friendly too. Great team. Pity it's not open weekends or late.
