British • “So lucky to have this wonderful pub nearby! We eat here usually once a week and have to say we love the friendly staff and tasty food (my partner also loves the local ales!). They are extremely welcoming to both people and dogs, and I have to say Wilson (our dog) loves the doggy dinners they serve!! Highly recommend the sunday dinners, chetham burger and the mince beef pie!”
British • “The atmosphere and service was great, the food was ok at best. The food was nothing special and to be honest expensive for the quality. The dessert was pretty bad, the crumble on the apple crumble was so burnt it was black. It was mentioned by one of the party that the 3 crumbles were burnt but only the person who complained was offered an alternative. No apology or refund was offered. My sister comes here often and she has never had a bad meal, so I put this down to a bad experience but unfortunately I won't be returning.”

British • “This is our go to place when we are in the U.K. We have never written a review on it because we probably take it for granted. However, our experience is consistently excellent. The food is great and it is impressive that the kitchen produces country themed specials most weeks. Today, it was Italy and it was spot on. The service is so friendly and we must mention the irrepressible Holly and the ever cheerful Lucas. Long may it continue!”

“Visited The Cherry Tree last night for mine and my boyfriends anniversary. We booked using their online service and I must have marked down that our visit was for an anniversary but I’d forgotten. We were greeted and congratulated for our anniversary, taken to our table and received free Prosecco and a card. The service was fast and the food was so delicious. We also received a complimentary dessert which was lovely. We had the most amazing time and I can’t thank the staff enough for making our visit so special, couldn’t recommend this place enough!”
