The only part of tonight's delivery that was fine, was the professional and courteous delivery driver. The food I actually received, was not up to the usual standard for Macdonalds. Lukewarm at best, 3 lots of fries missing, all sauces I had chose in the included options, were missing ( this happens a lot), no straws with drinks etc. Just feel that if you get delivery, the staff don't care. Most of the time when I visit the food is acceptable. On this particular day I decided to order food delivery which I know they say isn't their responsibility but the driver took 15 minutes to get to us. He must have been given cold or lukewarm food because it was cold when we got it. I'm sorry it doesn't go that cold that quick.
