We’ve had fish&chips from here quite a few times and they’ve always been very good. Generous portions and the fish ‘tastes like a fish’. I find that in some other places the fish can be quite tasteless.Last weekend we ordered some Chinese food for the first time. The salt & pepper chilli chicken was delish. And my friend said that the chicken curry was the best she’s had from a chippy. This will definitely will be our place to go to when we want a takeaway.
The lovely lady behind the counter makes this place! The food is also pretty yummy. After just grabbing a small bag of chips to share 3 ways, we were back for seconds immediately afterwards! May not look amazing on the outside or honestly inside either but it's definitely worth a shot! Reminds me of how chippys used to be in fact!
