Overpriced for value, Very gloomy atmosphere in there. staff also don’t really know what their doing order took far too long to place and receive. Food was standard nothing to complain about there. If your going to charge ridiculous prices at least provide a good service for your customers.

The gentleman that was supposed to serve me just sat there looking like a fish out of water, he looked unimpressed that I, a person that doesnt look like him, wanted to have a meal. Until the lady (Heather) at the back saw the weird and awkward situation, she came to serve me with a smile, if BK doesnt want to serve certain people, they better advise. I have never had such an experience from BK, and I am well travelled. Terible customer care, or lack thereoff. BK needs to train its employees, especially concerning political correctness and soft skills.

I was really annoyed I came on a school trip and I payed a lot of money and I ordered a big burger and it was a child small I went to complain but nobody was there they was busy talking I won't be coming back again if it will be do expensive for a small burger

The supervisor with brown hair was literally screaming at the staff saying things like, oh if you don't like it you know where the door is. Poor staff looked sad and upset. That's no way to run a business, build team morale or look after your staff's mental health. I turned around and walked out.

5* for the food. So much superior than the "other" place.Lost a star as not the tidiest place, can see fries, other food and paper etc on the floor.
Definitely not a fast service, took over 10 minutes for food to arrive.5 members of staff, one hiding in the office, one cooking, one at the till, one cleaning trays.Bacon double cheese xl two bites and it's gone nothing xl about the burger but the price £9.99 for the meal option.And there was no queue think this burger king must have a reputation for slow service hence no customers waiting to be served, if we knew it would take so long we wouldn't have ordered.Will not visit again ?

Had our lunch here lovely lady on the till, food was delicious!Had a whopper meal and double bacon and cheese meal,All lovely and clean and tidy,Highly recommended!

The food was excellent. Slightly off topic but a couple of weeks ago we went to the Trafford Centre one and it was luke warm garbage.Here the burgers were excellent.My only complaint was my fellow customers and the staff not doing a fantastic amount about it but they are scruffs. Thinking it's OK to feed their kids and let them drop stuff all over the floor. The staff were not doing enough cleaning so it was a bit of a hole in that regard but to keep up they'd have to be out there permanently.Sorry, I just don't get how parents think it's OK to let their kids all but fling food then have the nerve to leave their litter all over the table despite walking past bins to leave. You all should be ashamed. When they put prices up to hire a permanent cleaner to clean up after you, you'll be outraged but it's your own fault.I'm off my soapbox now.This is a very good burger King.
