Definitely not a fast service, took over 10 minutes for food to arrive.5 members of staff, one hiding in the office, one cooking, one at the till, one cleaning trays.Bacon double cheese xl two bites and it's gone nothing xl about the burger but the price £9.99 for the meal option.And there was no queue think this burger king must have a reputation for slow service hence no customers waiting to be served, if we knew it would take so long we wouldn't have ordered.Will not visit...read full review
The food was excellent. Slightly off topic but a couple of weeks ago we went to the Trafford Centre one and it was luke warm garbage.Here the burgers were excellent.My only complaint was my fellow customers and the staff not doing a fantastic amount about it but they are scruffs. Thinking it's OK to feed their kids and let them drop stuff all over the floor. The staff were not doing enough cleaning so it was a bit of a hole in that regard but to keep up they'd have to be out there...read full review

Overpriced for value, Very gloomy atmosphere in there. staff also don’t really know what their doing order took far too long to place and receive. Food was standard nothing to complain about there. If your going to charge ridiculous prices at least provide a good service for your customers.
