Hey there! Just wanted to drop you a message to tell you about this amazing new pub I discovered. The new landlord has really made this place welcoming and guess what? They're also animal lovers! They have a bunch of cute animals at the rear of the pub. ?? But that's not all, they also serve fantastic sandwiches and pies at really affordable prices. Perfect for when you need to fill a hole after a night of indulging in some delicious drinks. ??? I must say, it was a brilliant night spent there. The ambiance was great, the service was top-notch, and the best part was the music they had playing on most weekends. ?? Overall, I highly recommend checking out this pub. The friendly atmosphere, animal-friendly environment, and delicious food make it a real gem. Can't wait to go back again soon! ?

Probably has the best beer garden in England. A disused bowling green with tables/parasols and a fantastic view of the hills all round. There are also animals in well tended large cages, rabbits, ducks, geese, Guinness pigs, budgies etcabsolutely great for kids, room to run around without annoying adultsKid-friendliness: animal park at the backWheelchair accessibility: very limited due to the steepness of the ground all aroundit's part of Rawson's rake, the cycle climb challenge, to explain why

Friendly place. Beer selection is low quality, the same tap selection you would see 20 years ago. And the black mould in the gents is shocking.

A group of four of us stayed in Ramsbottom for three nights. we noticed the pup while trying to find our hotel. We visited the pub on Saturday afternoon, Saturday & Sunday night. We were made so welcome by the Landlord, Landlady and their Daughter (and dog) A very good selection of well kept beers & lagers. Great surroundings and to boot a very good singer on the Saturday night + a few games of bingo. Pubs like this are hard to find and we were all glad we found this one.
