As a birthday treat my friend booked a table for an Afternoon TeaIt was absolutely lovely. Good variety of sandwiches and the cakes were delicious and so fresh.Tina and her daughter were so lovely and the great service. Compared to other venues for afternoon teas this is top of the list and such value for money. Definitely recommend and we'll be back for tea and lunch.Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy

What a hidden Gem. I didn't know it was there and had gone to look around the Photgraphic exhibition. It would have been rude not to stop for a pot of tea (with another pot of hot water) and a slice of chocolate fudge. Compleet surprise for me since I'd not been in the Museum for a decade or more. It's now clean, brightly lit and you can see the art deco windows and the gold on the Columns. But the real treat was the Tea, served on Royal Daulton China. A nice light blend of tea and about 3 cups from the pots. 100% give it a go. You will not be disappointed.
