Chicken kebab I ordered a few weeks ago smelled foul like a rabbit cage ?, thought there was a rancid smell when they put it on the grill, wasn't until I actually cut into the kebab I realised it was the meat. Unsure how it's actually possible to make meat smell like thatPizza was OK but totally put off by the kebabHave bought kebabs here for years, had good kebabs here before, seems to have gone downhill though

Awful! Mine and my brothers milkshake had small bits of foil in the drink. Never been more disgusted, had to throw it all away. Also took a while to make and wasnt full.

I have been to charlies last night and food was lovely,specially kobideh kebab was very delicious and staff are very friendly and nice.

I’ve had some good kebabs from here before, but the mixed kebab tonight really wasn’t great.The lettuce wasn’t fresh and the kobedeh had a very funny taste to it like the meat wasn’t fully fresh, but part of it didn’t seem Cooked at the end’s. The chicken was way over done and dryI’m not sure I’d be back after this it was disappointing for £13.
Shocking, guy put the phone down. Give us pure dough as a nan bread, then left the phone off so I couldn't get through. His attitude when I told him of our complaint was beyond dreadful. Never ever use this place. Everytime I ring them to sort they put the phone down on me. Doner was freezing cold. Honestly never ever use them. When I say dough I mean dough, and when I day cold I mean freezing cold.

Shocking...Chicken kebab had three small pieces of chicken, cucumber & tomatoes were larger in size & quantity.As for the price... Cash only?? Sorry i'd advise you to keep your money in your pocket.The guy behind the counter, not very welcoming.
