Ok so before the lock down it was a really nice little bakery and sandwich shop to visit. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. One blonde lady with glasses used to set aside a vegan hotpot for me knowing I came every week and usually they'd all be gone by the time I get there at about 3 pm as I'm not an early bird. TERRIBLE can't leave no stars.Thursday 9th just called in there to get a sandwich as I walked in the young girl in glasses was talking to her college's whilst scratching her chin ..no problem with that .It was when I asked for a Turkey sandwich that the problems started. Really like the pies, since lock down the range of other items has reduced considerably. I understand things change, but reduction is quite extreme and this is a bakers and sandwich makers, not just a pie shop. Staff have also changed I think, if they haven't then there personality has, there is not longer a friendly customer experience
