Tried to give them the benefit of doubt after last time the food arriving cold as I tracked the delivery driver doing multiple drops before myself, but this time food was missing and they tried to pass the buck to blame the Uber driver that the food was missing but the bag was stapled shut, so wouldn’t accept they done wrong and tried to tell me they packed it, with nowt done for the inconvenience or a decent apology the guys customer service was shocking and boring. It’s about standards from top to bottom twice tried and twice failed me, won’t be ordering again and word will be put out. Such a shame, don’t blame the next guy and accept u done wrong and rectify it. Principles!!!!

Really helpful and accommodating for food allergies. Great service and food.
Ordered a few things and was not too bothered about delivery time but was just wanting to make sure it was on its way and the person over the phone was very polite and explained the delay. And also sent an extra cookie dough with the order even though they didn't need to. Amazing customer service and very good business that cares for customers
