They made a mistake with our order and forgot a milkshake (it happens!). We called up and spoke to a very helpful worker who didn't only get the missing item to us in less than 10minutes, bit he delivered it himself in person rather than sending another uber driver to deliver it! That's what I call customer service. Oh and the food and drinks are amazing aswell.
There are literally no words. We had the king Kong burger and the sweet stack. You definitely get your moneys worth.The burgers were absolutely gorgeous tasty full of flavour and very generous protionsStaff were lovely and chatty we will be back soon x

Ordered a few things and was not too bothered about delivery time but was just wanting to make sure it was on its way and the person over the phone was very polite and explained the delay. And also sent an extra cookie dough with the order even though they didn't need to. Amazing customer service and very good business that cares for customers
