It is very rare that we eat Chinese food. In fact, the last time we had a Chinese meal was in September 2019. This Chinese Chippy is not only the best Chinese this side of the west Pennines! But the BEST CHINESE IN THE COUNTRY! I’ve been going here for a quarter of a century! ( that’s 25 years for the rest of you ) Wan is an absolute LEGEND! And her husband Hon, behind the scenes working hard in the kitchen is a legend also! Im very new to Leigh and have tried 4 or 5 takeaways and all of them have been disgusting, i was starting to lose hope until someone on fb recommended the Mandarin. Tried their chicken chowmein and crispy won tons tonight and they were absolutely delicious!!! SO happy i finally have found a decent chinese chippy. Will be ordering again and again and again..
