Physically assaulted and sworn at by a shift manager.. who didn’t give a refund for the cold food and wasn’t given a replacement meal either. Told to apply for a refund online. When i started to record she came from the staff side to the customers side and assaulting me and threw my phone out of of my hand. Having me to replace the screen costing me £250. Complaints have been made

Absolutely awful service. Few customers and fewer staff. Manager walking around on mobile ignoring customers. 8 minutes to get a coffee.

I would never normally complain about McDonald’s as usually it’s always the same, but earlier this morning about 10am I made an order of a double egg n sausage McMuffin meal, and i bacon roll meal, I was absolutely disappointed, firstly, the drinks were all spilled, no straws, no sauces, the food was extremely cold and dripping with grease , THERE WAS EGGSHELLS ALL OVER MY MCMUFFIN, the hash browns were way too hard, I’d just come back from hospital and I was really looking forward to a maccies breakfast and I got whatever monstrosity that was, when I called to complain, they tried gaslighting me by saying they’ve had no orders from Deliveroo, very unpleasant food and unprofessional, do not eat from this particular McDonald’s ?

2 duble chisburgers were missing from my order. Unfortunately for my kids I discovered at home and not in the store:(( and when I called and tell them what happened the hung up. The worst place ever

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store on 23/04/2023. I visited the store and placed an order on the screen, and was about to make a payment when I was rudely informed that the store was closed, and my order was cancelled.I was surprised to hear this as I was unaware that your store closed at 3:45 pm. I understand that the store has to close at a certain time, but I felt that the manner in which I was informed was rude and unprofessional. The person who cancelled my order did not offer any explanation or apologize for the inconvenience caused.Furthermore, I left the store feeling humiliated and embarrassed. This experience left me with a negative impression of your store, and I am reluctant to visit it again.I would like to request that you take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. Your employees should be trained to handle customers in a polite and professional manner, even if they are closing the store.

If I could leave zero stars I would! When someone asks you to help because they have a disability... DO NOT DEGRADE THEM AND MAKE THEM FEEL WORTHLESS AND STUPID and then refuse to help with such a simple request. Absolute disgusting attitude from the member of staff that served my partner!!!
Fired my mom cause of her autism and the way she walks discrase they don't know how my mom feels and I will be sueing then
