The attitude of some of the staff has put me off. Food is good, but there is a lad in the longsight branch, afgan/ kurd.... this lad is an absolute tool, does not have any concept of customer service & is very aggressive, like he does not want to be there. On the other hand the older uncle G is a top manager, very polite.
Visited here today after 3-4 years and the food quality and standards have not dropped. Food was fresh, tasty and piping hot. Only downside is no card payments so clearly avoiding the VAT threshold and that's the reason for a 3* rating instead of 5
