I came in around 9:35 on 11/11/23 whilst on my way to work. I was greeted by the happiest guy I have ever witnessed to work on a Saturday, and another girl by his side cracking jokes. The service I received was nothing short of exceptional in the 2 minutes I was inside the store. As a current Starbucks employee, I’d rather pay for my coffee here and receive their service, than get the free coffee from work. They really set me in a good mood after having a terrible morning. Dunkin donuts is my favourite coffee shop in the UK. James who works in my local Dunkin’ is an awesome guy - I moved away and came back and was very happy to see he was still working here… was and still is very polite and kind. I’m a happy customer ?
